haven't been here long...
but i've seen the rest of the apartment complexes. i must say only one or two can actually compare to Saratoga.

problem areas are:
- it's not gated
- no basketball court, not even in the tennis area
- the concrete drive could use some improvement.
- it's a busy road off of Babcock and not always easy to get on to the road.

on the other hand.
most reasonable accomodations and amenities for the price.
Washer/dryer in apt...
great staff and maintenence
close to everything (except cocoa beach)
well kept grounds
screened porch

my opinions are still the same.
but i did notice that the prices were raised dramatically from just last year.
