I have lived in this complex for over 3 years now and everytime I sign a new lease there has been considerable rent increases. This apartment complex was bought last April by Milestone Management and is squeezing every penny out of the tenants. So far, they have not provided any new services or accomodations. The apartments are falling apart as noticed by the wood siding falling off. They have just started charging for water, sewer and trash which used to be included in the rent. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I never paid for water, sewage ir trash. I paid 619.00 a month for a 1 bedroom.

I have several friends who live here, and although they like it, they did have to start paying for water, etc a year ago. They did not when they signed a lease
