I've lived for 2 years. They decreased the rent after the 1st year and then offered to decrease it again after the 2nd year but I had to leave town. Anyways, the maintenance is timely and efficient, the management is very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean and quiet. The parking is the only one in town that has a like a roof for cars. After comparing with friends in other places, I concluded that this is the BEST place in town.

I'm not sure what you had to have fixed in your apartment, but if it was something that was expensive to fix they are by no means timely or efficient.

I agree with backwardsk about the fixing. Just trying to get a hold of someone has been an issue for me. Sometimes I get lucky and sometimes my issues are ignored. When I first moved in everyone was great, but it's gone downhill since. And I have asked TWICE about a rent decrease...They won't answer me. I've never been late on my rent, I have dealt with CRAZY neighbors (not their fault) and I just feel like they could care less about me anymore. I doubt I will renew a 2nd time.
