I'm enjoying my first year here, So far. The front office is helpful and the maintenace is timely.

However, there was one instance in which I had to call them twice for the same problem but that was only once, so far.

If I have any nits it would be the enclosed screened in patio. It collects water when it rains heavily. I've had to put up some ugly curtains to keep out the rain.

However, I can easily draw the curtains back and enjoy my lakeside view.

Overall, a peaceful, relatively safe place and you can't beat the convenience of having a Wal-mart/Pharmacy within easy walking distance.
