I have been in this place for almost a year now
I wont lie, it's nice, save and the people around me are nice
but when i need somthing to get fixed like fixing my AC or fixing my roof
it toke them long time to do it, i had to stay in friend home for almost a week during the summer since it toke them long time do get it fixed
This place is kinda old and I'm going to move to somthing better as soon my lease finsh

I think that this commentary is unfair. I've lived for 2 years and the maintenance was immediate. Granted, after Tropical Storm Fay, there were a couple of delays but on the general, the place is the BEST in town. Believe me! Are you looking for quietness, cleanness, privacy and being close to everywhere? Saratoga is the place.

The maintenance has not been immediate for me and I've been here a year and a half. I'm not saying it's the worst ever, but they'll give me a day and won't come. Then I have to call and then maybe we'll get somewhere. To the above - you are very lucky. Maybe it just depends on who you are.
