they are so rude

The staff is very rude. Although they sometimes make some confusions about rents, they do not simply apologize for them. For example, they asked me pay the rent even if I had already paid it and took a receipt. After they looked through the receipt and they did not apologize. Also, there is something worse and more important than that. They REFUSED to pay my DEPOSIT back, although I left the apartment as I got it. Be careful!! The apaartments are very old and very noisy
