First off, when my hot water heater blew up, the maintenance guys told me to clear out all the stuff in my pantry (food, bags, etc). I placed all of it on the kitchen counter and left to go to work. When I came back I was informed that the maintenance men had reported me to management for having an untidy apartment because of the kitchen. They told me to clear it, then reported me.

I left them many messages about miscellaneous things being broken. They never called me back. I called their emergency 24-hour maintenance line when the dishwasher broke and flooded my entire kitchen. No call back. The only time they will come out to fix your place in a timely manner is if you have a water or shower leak since they pay for your water.

I called and told them to give them my 60 day notice that I was leaving. I went in with a week or 2 left on my lease and they told me they had no record of me leaving and that they would charge me for not informing them. I am in the middle of contacting their bosses (B.H.) to sort that out and make sure I am not charged for some idiot lady not recording my call.

The hot tub is always broken. The basketball hoop was not fixed until I had been moved in for about a year and it's still not properly installed. They charge you $25 for a deposit on the key to access the fitness area, so thats not even an ammenity included in your rent. The place is a dump and it keeps changing management, do not move here.
