This complex tried to collect an additional sum for rent on an account that was paid in full. resolved only by contacting the Attorney Generals office and FTC.gov.

had many repairs that went for months before anyone showed to repair.

I experienced the same problem. Unfortunately, I did not discover it until I was applying for a mortgage. I did not have the time to take the appropriate legal action. Sunbreeze owners are crooks.
