INCONSIDERATE and RUDE management, EXPENSIVE, don't expect DEPOSIT REFUNDS

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We moved in shortly after the hurricanes to a 2-bed apartment. We agreed on a move-in date and they did not keep the apartment ready on that date, so due to our need they got us to pay the deposit etc. even before we saw the apartment telling us that there are many others waiting in line! We received NO MOVE IN SPECIALS. $150 of the $250 deposit is non-refundable!
They require people to give a WRITTEN 60 DAY NOTICE before they plan to leave (regardless the lease expiration date), we were unable do so and gave a 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE, they made us PAY FOR 1 ADDITIONAL MONTH after our lease expired!
They expect the apartment to be in the shape it was in when we moved in! Leave one hair-strand in your bathroom and you are held responsible for cleaning expenses. Where does the non-refundable $150 of deposit go' they want to devour as much of your money as possible.
The roof started leaking after a few months of moving in. The leaks damaged my room mate's belongings and took about a week to be fixed!
I would never recommend this community to any one!
