When I moved into these apartments, they appeared to be very nice. I should have known....The apartment I was supposed to move into ended up taking a week longer to prepare than I had been told. Once it was available, the carpet was wet and had been dyed to hide all the stained spots. I only had screens on 5 of my 8 windows. The only large burner on the stove didn't heat up and the water heater leaked causing the carpet to become soaked. Maintenance fixed the water heater, but my burner still doesn't work and only 5 windows have screens.
Also, I paid 250 so I could have my large dog. Later I payed another 250 for a pound puppy I adopted. They had me take the dogs to the office so they could take pictures and get their shot records. When I went to the office several months later to inquire on getting new blinds because the dogs had broken them I was told there was no record of me ever paying in the first....$500 just vanished aparently. All my other info was there but no money trail...lucky for me I saved the receipts. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts have been closed for maintence for approx. 7 months as well as the sauna. So much for amenities...
The light posts outside my whole unit haven't worked in quite sometime, and there's only one maintenance guy for the whole complex.
Don't have a thing against kids, but when they're in the habit of screaming like banshees and running you over on scooters it becomes a problem. Gotta have my dog on a leash and he minds better than the kids, but noone is talked to about the banshees.

If you decide to move here regardless of the negative feedback don't take anyone in the offices word and keep records of every conversation, I'd hate for your rent to just "walk away".
