My fiancee and I moved here at the end of last year. When we first moved in we paid a security deposit as well a pet deposit for our cat and dog. In Feb. the fired the whole staff due to a large sum of money missing. Once they new staff came in they tried to tell me I had not paid any deposits whatsoever. I was almost out over $700. After arguing with them over the deposits they dropped it. All the ammenities that I was told would be to my advantage really are just hassels. The pool and hot tub have been closed since we moved in and other residence have said its been that way for alot longer. The fitness room you have to pay additional for a key, the tennis courts are in horrible condition and locked up, and lets not talk about parking. I have one vehicle and often find myself parking so far away. Recently it was raining and I had laundry(since the laundry room here is closed), groceries and it was raining. They threatened to tow my truck because I parked along the curb near my apartment. The property managers just moved in and sure enough their stairwell area is nice and re-lanscaped, while mine is just sandy weeds and trash from construction company that is working on the stairs. The parking lot is is horrible condition, any worse and you will need 4 wheel drive to navigate the potholes. I like kids but there are these ones that constantly ride bikes and scooters around the lot and leave them laying everywhere. Where are the parents'''
I can hardly wash my hair before my shower gets cold, I mean ice cold. Dishwasher does not even work well at all. My FPL bill is every month over $130 for a one bedroom one bath apartment with NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER. When I asked mgmt. about the shower, they said its a small tank. Funny I can run the dishwasher, bathroom sink and kitchen sink for an hour and get hot water until the end but not in the shower. We thought we had a great place to call hom but its just hassles and unanswered calls for help. Save your money and time and go else-where.

Forget moving to Sunbreeze,If you mek so much as a peep or your neighbor just happens to not like you you will find that you are told to keep the noise down. A walk across the floor at night to get a drink and oh my goodness you woke someone up. NO INVESTIGATION into noise complaints just told to keep it down dont try to reason with your neighbors though they may just call the police.
