Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Apartments were small and dirty. Mold infestation in the AC unit was NEVER FIXED and I ended up develoing an allergy to mold.
After several complaints, AC still not working right. Wouldnt get any lower than 80 in the apartment in the afternoons. For a 700 square foot apartment, my power bill was $240!!!! and the AC didnt even get things cold. No washer and dryer hookups in the apartments. Old appliances. Poor construction. WOuldnt replace screens, althought they had many holes from squirrels.
