I've lived here with my husband for a year and just renewed my lease. In the past year they've redone all the asphalt, fixed tennis court, put in new signs and all new sod and lanscaping.. and didn't raise my rent when I renewed. My one bedroom is a little small, but there are lots of windows and I get a great breeze. I think all these people who complain about Sunbreeze were kicked out.. they have very little patience here for people who are loud, criminal, careless or just bad tenants. All my neighbors in this building have lived here for over 10 years! I love it here.

Assuming everyone who complained was kicked out is one of the most ridiculous comments I have ever read. I used to live at Sunbreeze. The problem that I had was the local property manager would say one thing only to be overridden by the corporate owners. The owners are dishonest. My deposit was returned to me. The owners decided it was the wrong thing to do and sent my name to creditors indicating I owned them money. Despite the paperwork I had to prove them wrong, they refused to acknowledge it. To clear it up, I was going to have to go to court. Instead, I negotiated a settlement. So I ended up paying money that I should have never paid. When you decide to move, you will probably have a similar experience.
