VIA TUSCANY HAS ALOT OF GREAT ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR FAMILIES WITH THE FULL TIME ACTIVITY DIRECTOR WE ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING FUN TO DO. THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION BUT IT IS ALMOST FINISHED. THE ONLY THING THAT HAS FRUSTRATED ME IS THAT IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING FIXED(EXCEPT YOUR A/C). WITH THE GUARDS AT THE GATE THIS IS A VERY SAFE COMMUNITY. A FEW AREAS COMING INTO AND LEAVING PROPERTY IT IS VERY HARD TO SEE OTHER CARS. THEY STILL HAVE ALOT OF WORK TO DO TO BE ABOVE AVERAGE IN MY OPION. THEY DO HAVE A NEW OWNER WHO IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. RENT IS EXPENSIVE...
