It is hard to get things fixed. The staff is a little snobby at times, not always able to take care of needs. Rent is overpriced for what you get. Ammenities are nice.. if you use them. People aren't the friendliest. Also, the construction is horrible. For as expensive as it is, nothing is included in the rent but pest control and monitoring of the alarm system. When I first moved in, someone hit my car in the parking lot and didn't leave any information.
