Management here seems to care very little for tenants who are paying too much for too little with a lot of messing around and inconvenience thrown in for good measure. What pushed me over the edge was the way management handled a road resurfacing project in February 2004. Because of the gated access, there is only one way in and out of the complex. Therefore, more than half of the roadway was barricaded off making it extremely narrow and very dangerous. I was denied access to my garage which I pay a premium for. A truck delivering furniture I had been waiting for for 3 weeks refused to try and navigate the narrowed roadway and left. They have the nerve to call this LUXURY! Not in my book
