I don't live here, but looked at Via Tuscany. One thing I noticed when looking at the pool: the shallowest depth was around 4 feet deep. This proves a difficult depth for many young children. I believe the apartment designed this intentionally to discourage young swimmers.

This is not true. There are areas which are 3 feet and less.
