Don't move here unless you want to pay a premium and receive incompetent maintenance and terrible service.

They have the nerve to charge you through the nose, and you get small apartments, and the cheapest appliances, windows, etc. The costs for FPL are skyhigh, since their A/C units are so cheap and the construction was the least expensive they could get.

I recently had a problem with MOLD!! it was due to an incompetent maintenance person drilling (yes, drilling) a hole in a pipe behind the wall and closing it up. The water leaked for the entire time I have been there (20 months) and then they DENIED the evidence of mold. Not to mention, that at every point along the way, they didn't seem to really care about the well-being of their tenants.

Yeah, the pool's pretty nice... but that's about it. Don't move here, and tell all your friends not the move here!!!

I live down the hall from this guy and all I have to say is ANGER MANAGEMENT!!!! Walking by this guys front door I hear him yelling at his girlfriend and dog all the time. Cops have been to the unit at least three times that I've seen and I've also seen his girlfriend with a black eye!! I feel sorry for anyone who has to be around this guy (ie. girlfriend, dog,& maintenance). This guy needs to understand that dogs don't speak human and guys that beat their girlfriends are losers!! I don't know about his maintenance issues but, judging by his angry attitude they are blown way out of proportion.

Don't speak about things you don't know anything about. You are ignorant and don't know the facts. It's called slander when you make false accusations. By the way, the review of Via Tuscany was written by a woman. Obviously you don't know what you're talking about.
