Cheers Via Tuscany

As a single mother I moved to Via Tuscany from out of state. When I arrived I didn't know any one in the area so I asked if someone from maintenance could give my brother and I a hand unloading the Uhaul. No one was able to help me until after work but, around 5:30 two maintenance guys came over and helped to finish up. They refused a tip (50.00 each) but, did not refuse a beer. The staff have always been responsive and courteous. I always see the maintenance guys zipping by on their golf carts loaded down with supplies. I even see them working at night (I almost hit one with my car- they need headlights for those golf carts).
I was here through the reconstruction and pavement sealing which was a pain, but that just shows me that the owner and management want to keep this place looking top notch. They must spend a small fortune on keeping the place up because it looks like Disney Land with all the landscaping. I hear that they are putting in more lake fountains too!!!
I never get bored around here either. With the indoor basketball court, racquetball court, really nice workout room (which I use every chance I get), sauna, spa, tennis, playground, bbq grills, movie theater, pool, and cabana night (my favorite). I'm having a wonderful experience here and I'm dreading moving next year.
Cheers to Via Tuscany and staff!!!
