Via Tuscany looks like a nice place to live with many nice amenities. However, these amenities only give the appearance of being nice. In actuality, they really are not available. The spa is broken and always dirty. The sauna looks so nice because it doesn't work. Lights are out all around the property, and the BBQ grills need new burners. All of these amenities look nice during the initial property tour, and no one finds out that they are broken ubtil after they sign their leases. The smiling staff ALWAYS promises to "get right on it" when these deficiensies are reported, but nothing ever gets fixed. This place is due for a false advertising lawsuit! Appliances are so cheap that they barely work. We can't wait to move out of this overpriced sham.

This person is obviously someone who is trying to get away with something. I use the grills all the time and they're fine. If something is wrong the staff DOES fix it.

Geez, this guy sounds like one of those jackasses who is NEVER happy. He probably makes everyone else miserable and complains about everything without merit. He's probably a jerk of a neighbor too. He probably plays his music way too loud and doesn't care about anyone else but himself. I'll bet no one can wait for him to move out.

I think it's pretty funny how you guys slap him with snobby, elitist attitudes. Why? Because you're oh-so-special and live in Viera/Suntree and act like it's Beverly Hills? Yes, somebody has a problem, he MUST be a bad person... because nobody could EVER dislike an apartment complex ever! How dare he? lol.

He is right though I lived there for over 5 years and the maintaining is not worth the rent for the nice things they offer, the office staff does have differeing stories too.
