Since moving to Brevard County, my goal was to move into the Via Tuscany Apartments. I had stayed as a guest a couple of years ago, and fell in love with the property. Once my other lease was up...was very anxious to move in.

When I moved in the apartment was flawless. All the appliances were either new or in superior condition. The office staff is friendly and eager to help. The one-bedroom apts are bigger than in most complexes...with washer dryer hookups! The building I live in is very quiet...essential for someone with my hours! (I wake up at 3:30am!) The neighbors are friendly and courteous.

The grounds are great...very nature-oriented. The pool area is awesome! The workout room is clean and up-to-date. The activities provided are wonderful too! How many other apartment complexes throw cabana parties for the residents, organize things like Schwan delivery and SuperBowl events and make sure that Santa appears on a big firetruck! New social events are always popping up....they definately focus on the tenant at Via Tuscany.

The maintenance staff is great. They come to fix anything quickly and completely. No half done jobs....they will fix it or replace it immediately. (Example...my ceiling fan made a clicking noise. They tried to fix it at first....but by the next morning, I had a new ceiling fan installed....)

The area of Suntree/Viera is booming too! New restaurants, malls, bars... There is a minor league stadium less than 2 miles away and the local zoo is right across the street! And my ride into work in Melbourne is only about 15 minutes!

This should definitely be the first apartment choice on anyone's list. No doubt about it.
