I have lived in several other apartments and condominiums in this area including Stonewood Towers in Cocoa Beach. Via Tuscany Towers is the best.
The amenities meet the level of resort properties with and indoor baskketball court, raquetball, tennis, swimming, nature walks in the woods.
Some of the apartments have wet bars in the living room. All have telephone jacks in the bathrooms, large walk-in closets.
The Management and staff are most helpful and effective in makinng Via Tuscany a beautiful and peaceful place to live. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
