I am going on my third year at Via Tuscany and have been very happy with everything about this apartment complex. The staff is great, every problem I've ever had is fixed within 24 hrs (though I have not had many problems). I have never had to have anyone back out to redo anything because its done right the first time.
The amenities at Via Tuscany are the best. They have indoor raquetball and basketball courts (with AC), a workout room, sauna, pool and hottub. They have tennis courts and nature trails. The even have free beer a pizza out by the pool every other Friday night served to residents by members of the staff. I have a large 3/2 with a 2-car attached garage and the rent for that size apartment is very comparable to other apartments in the area that don't have all of Tuscany's ammenities. I would recommend Via Tuscany to anyone, especially people like me who refuse to greatly overpay for houses and insurance in Brevard County.
