the office people can be snobby.

some gate guards (not all) have turned away people even when i call ahead.

your 2/2 will cost 1500 a month with trash, sewer, water, cable/internet, and electric.

and the floors give away your every move. i was told poured concrete, i think it's balsa wood.

no discounts for public servants.

a 1500 a month bill makes me expect more.

no bedroom ceiling fans. if you buy one, the maintenance people will install it for you though(i did my own)!

don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT place.
i just wrote the negatives i didn't see addressed elsewhere.

As the Manager of Via Tuscany I can tell you that our office staff always strive to treat all of our residents with the appreciation we have for them and should you ever have any issues to that regard I urge you to come to me personally. Some of our guards are new and we have addressed this issue with them when it comes to our resident's guests. You will find that our energy efficiency is actually going to cost you less in the long run compared to other apartments in the area. In regards to the floors, there is concrete subfloors between apartments, but with apartment living it is possible to hear other noises within the building due to the close proximity of it. I am happy to hear that you agree that Via Tuscany is a great place! We take pride in giving our residents the best possible service.
