We ve been living in Via Tuscany since December 2005 and are truly satisfied.

We like the layout and construction of our apartment. We enjoy taking walks in the well maintained grounds. We like the location and proximity to I-95. We really appreciate how well the apartment is insulated from noise.

Management has always been friendly and professional with us. For example, office personnel never enter the apartment (such as, when performing fire alarm tests) without giving prior advance notice. We appreciate being able to pay the rent using a credit card. We like the way the breeze way is periodically pressure washed. We like the fact that the trash compacter is centralized and far away from the apartment building. We appreciate that management enforces their policy of not leaving trash bags in the breeze ways.

As with everything in life, we encountered certain problems. However, management responded diligently to resolve them. For example, our bathtub had developed a crack. We informed the main office and they immediately arranged for a professional local tub repairman to fix the problem. The gym equipment occasionally requires some maintenance and management responses quickly to our requests.

This has been our 2-year plus experience at Via Tuscany. It has been one of the best apartment complexes we have lived in.
