My husband and I have lived here for about four months. His commute to work at Northrop Grumman(about 20 min) is hassle free. We have come to enjoy the Cabana Nights, and have made several friends, just from that activity. I'm home with my two school age kids and one preschooler, but there are kids movies every Tuesday and just this past weekend we had an Easter Egg hunt followed by a DQ ice cream sundaes for the whole community. Coming from out of state, I was concerned about the schools for my children, but have found they're excellent and the complex has it's own busstop. I've researched this area and want to buy a home here eventually...Viera is beautiful! We'll all miss this Via Tuscany though. I love the nature trails and the fitness center, my kids like the indoor basketball court and the movie theater, and my husband likes the way he doesn't have to maintain anything when he's home (and the free pizza and beer at the Cabana Nights too)! I referred a friend who has visited with her kids before, and now I'm going to get money off my rent when she moves in. I was very impressed with the staff too. The guards at the gate are friendly and smiling, and it's a plus that almost everyone in the office has been there for many years. That shows consistency and commitment, which was lacking in other apartment complexes when I was looking to move. I felt like all they wanted was my lease, but didn't either know or care how to address my concerns. Via Tuscany has my vote.
