I have lived at Via Tuscany for 3 yrs and have recently signed a two yr lease and I still love my apartment and the complex. I have a 3 bdrm, 2 bath, attached garage with washer/dryer and pay a very reasonable rent for that size apartment. My rent has gone up very little since I moved in and I get alot for the money. Anytime I need something fixed its done the next day, though I have had very few problems. I get free carpet cleaning when I renew my lease. And they are very, very pet friendly. Most of the staff has been there since I've been there and they are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The amenities are what really makes the place though, from the nature trails (great for walking/jogging without getting out onto Wickham Rd), to the pool area, to the indoor basketball/raquetball courts. They also have a sauna, hottub and a small gym, and tennis courts. Local radio personality Eric DeNiro also hosts Cabanna night every other Fri with drinks and pizza supplied by the staff. For me, after living in a house for 10 yrs and dealing with all the expensive repairs and maintenance, yard work, hurricanes, insurance companies, taxes, etc, Via Tuscany has been like living on vacation. I highly recommend the place to anyone either with or without a family.
