When I first moved in here, everything and everyone was great. They have a new property manager now and everything has gone down hill. There's glass in the playground all the time, there's graffiti in some areas that they REALLY take their time cleaning up, and twice I have gotten the air let out of my tire. They don't care about the people anymore, just on how it looks on the outside. The staff aren't friendly anymore, they actually make you feel like scum, even though you pay $1000 for a SMALL apartment. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and when I moved in, the showers didn't work, and to the point where I moved out, my guest shower still didn't work, plus there's zero water pressure. I would NOT suggest this place if you are younger, they will look down on you for simply being in your 20's. They actually make their cleaning staff work with extremely harmful chemicals that made the young woman's cart smoke when she threw it away, they were too cheap to hire someone's whose job it is to work with these chemicals. This USED to be a great place to live, I wouldn't even recommend it to my grandmother anymore.

why does this property have so many 5/5 perfect reviews? it is kind of fishy. they are also posted in droves after an honest rating.

Its kind of silly to give this place a 2/5 on parking, 3/5 on grounds, and 3/5 on safety. This place withstood 3 hurricanes, the landscaping is immaculate, and theres tons of parking. As for the rest of your ratings and comments I can only find as funny whether true or untrue. I have no idea about the staff torturing one another by burning them up but, please keep this comedy going. You sound like someone who is never happy, has no life and writes comedy for a living. BTW I do have children who play in the playground and no I have never seen the elusive disappearing glass that only you find. If you're the one picking up the glass it must be your kids breaking it. If it were me finding the glass I'd have the kids play somewhere else for ten minutes until maintenance came and picked it up.

Maybe you had a bad experience. I have enjoyed my stay here and love the Property Manager. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Kids? They were glass bottles from alcohol. My kid is only 2, jackass.

I think that the staff of Via Tuscany monitor this site and really are the only ones that have positive things to say about this dump. Seriously if you are in the market for an apartment look else where, there are a couple more around. This place is a dump. Looks nice on the outside but is crap in reality.
