I've lived at the Via Tuscany for several years now....My experience at this community has been nothing but enjoyable. Even with the constant turnover of the management staff that could really become challenging has not affected the staffs professionalism. Every issue that I have is addressed with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Also, when you live at a community it takes everyone's efforts to maintain the community so sometimes you may have to pickup a piece of litter that the janitorial crew might have missed. The staff and community have to work together to keep Via Tuscany an inviting place to live that's just how it is..... So to me what more can you ask for great staff, great location and a beautiful community. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here.
