It s obvious when bitter residents move out and are angry because they didn t get their way. They always bring up the negative things to use as leverage as ways to 'break their lease".
I have been a resident for about 4 years now. I was given the option of free rent up front or spread out over the term of my lease. I was also offered $1000 instant rebate if I renewed for 24 months along with the current specials they were offering to new residents. I'm sure you were given some incentive when you renewed or you wouldn t have.
Have you even tried talking to the manager before you call the owner' When I have issues they listen and try to help. I may not always get exactly what I want but they do try. Doesn t sound to me like you even tried to speak with them to help them resolve your issue'
The grounds are beautiful. The pool is actually being resurfaced this summer but is still kept very nice and clean. I can recall some incidents that unfortunately happen like a dog jumping in the pool but the maintenance guy cleaned that up right away. Of course you get residents that won't pick up after themselves but I have seen the maintenance staff out there every morning picking up after grown adults. I have received many letters from the office about not smoking in the breezeways, what more do you want management to do'
I take it personal because I pay over $1000 a month as well and I live in a beautiful well maintained community. They offer so much more than other community s in the area. Cabana night, Kid movies and super bowl parties. I don t know any other place that offers a night out without even having to leave the property. I m sure you have taken part in some festivities that you enjoyed. So please don t trash a property unless your complaints are valid. Your complaints seem as though it's because you wanted to buy a house and get out of your lease. Its business, you can't just break your lease because you want to buy a home. Do the right thing and wait until your lease is up. You can t expect them to let everyone out of there lease when unforeseen things come up in a persons life. When you get in your new home, see what they say when you tell them you want to move because your neighbors house was cheaper than yours.

After reading this comment I have to say this reads as though someone that works at this dump wrote it.
