My daughter, son-in-law and grandson live at Via Tuscany for almost two years. They looked at the "newer" communities recently. The amenities at Via Tuscany include their private park and playground that provide a wonderful place to play without leaving home. The "newer" communities are nice too, but Via Tuscany's common areas, like the pool, cabana bar, tennis court, and playground are set back and away from other dwellings. The natural tropical landsape is peaceful and inviting. You don't feel like you're even in an apartment community! You can easily entertain visitors and impress them too. Although my grandson is still too young to attend the weekly movies in the theatre, or take karate lessons (offered in the indoor basketball court,my daughter's friends have come over for play dates or an evening together at the Cabana Nights. Another point I should make is that the staff really goes the extra yard for the residents. They know and address the residents by name and are not phony and just there for the "new lease". Although I live in a house, that I MAINTAIN every free minute I have, I would move to this apartment commmunity in a second if I sold my home, and would recommend it to anyone I know that was looking. I can't get over how much FREE TIME my daughter has by living at Via Tuscany! This may not be their long term choice, as they do want to be homeowners one day, but for now...Why live anywhere else''''

I think that the staff of Via Tuscany monitor this site and really are the only ones that have positive things to say about this dump. Seriously if you are in the market for an apartment look else where, there are a couple more around. This place is a dump. Looks nice on the outside but is crap in reality.

Get a life! I've been on the property and am considering renting. Even if what you have to say is slightly true I've lived in worst places and this place is not a dump. Please note, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. (I already read your post the first time) This is the 3rd entry I've seen from you. You spoke your piece before, now let it go, and grow up! The more you comment about how much of a dump this place is the more you make yourself look bad and uncreditable.
