As a resident, I am 100% satisfied calling Via Tuscany my home. Often times when moving into an apartment, it feels like a place of residency; however, I feel more at home than ever living on this property. I love everything Via Tuscany has to offer. Thanks to the wonderful office ladys, I even met my boyfriend at a Cabana night one Friday. This is a great place to live for anyone! I love going to the gym late at night, and I love the nature walking area. I am very happy with the property; moreover, I am very pleased with the office staff. The grounds are always up to my standards; maintenace is always willing to help as well. I felt extra safe with the twenty-four hour guarded gate. The entire staff makes everyone feel welcome! After living at Via Tuscany, I will truly be disappointed living anywhere else. Via Tuscany stands by their word when they say "Apartment living at its best". I will up highly upset when I move out next month because I purchased my own home.

I think that the staff of Via Tuscany monitor this site and really are the only ones that have positive things to say about this dump. Seriously if you are in the market for an apartment look else where, there are a couple more around. This place is a dump. Looks nice on the outside but is crap in reality.
