I wasn't impressed with the price, especially when a newer and nicer apartment right down the road was asking less. I really wasn't impressed when I witnessed people typing in a key code to access the neighborhood after the sales agent told me that access is key card only. The sales agent was very helpful and concerned of other residents problems though. Nice place.
