I have rented with Via Tuscany Apartments for over a year now. I am paying almost $1200.00 for a one bedroom plus garage, while others are paying up to $300 less than me with the exact same apartment. when I questioned this to the staff, I was simply told that the specials were not offered when I leased. Not very comforting to someone who lives paycheck to paycheck. So I ask... Where is the consistency and fairness. How is someone living in a 3 bedroom paying exactly what I'm paying for a one bedroom'
The grounds are getting progressively worse. Trash is left, dog receptacles are full for weeks, people are allowed to smoke in the breezeways with no consequences. The pool area is dirty. I have asked a multitude of times to speak directly to the owner, and no one will give me his number or have him contact me. I tried to get out ofmy lease because of my dissatisfaction, with no success. My lease ends in June, I have purchased a home, and no one will help or offer any way for me to just "get out" without having to pay the remainder of my lease. The manager of the complex NEVER offered me a "home clause" upon signing my lease. I was unaware one was even available. i'm disappointed and saddened by the dismissal of my complaints. If you want to live like you are on vacation...every day. Then lease at Via Tuscany. It will be just as expensive, plus you will get the added bonus of NO HELP from the office staff or owner. Their only concern is that they get your money. In my opinion, any other complex will give you more service and courtesy. I will NEVER give them a referral because of my disatisfaction.

I understand your frustrations when you feel as if you are not receiving the service that you are paying for but on another note let's be fair. I've been renting for years now and at times apartment communities offer specials but those specials are ususally for a limited period of time so there's a 50/50 chance that you make catch a special or not. But either way it was something about this beautiful community that made you rent without receiving a special. Also, the fact that you are living paycheck to paycheck is not management's fault; you agreed to that rental amount when you signed the lease. I've been living at Via Tuscany since 2006 and I've endured nothing but professionalism from the office staff even during massive turnover. Regarding the grounds sometimes we as residents may have to bend over and pick up that piece of litter afterall this is our home. It seems like to me that you are a little bitter because you want to buy a home and you can't get out of your lease. So let's not point fingers and take responsibilty. Like I said earlier I've been a resident since 2006 and I love living at Via Tuscany and would definitely refer this community to others as I've done in the past.

I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. As a matter of fact if I had the time I would picket at the front gate warning people to look else where. This place sucks!
