Overall my stay at Via Tuscany has been an enjoyable one, as I have signed multiple leases. However, there have been several incidents that I feel have been handled poorly by management. It is my opinion that they put the bottom line over the best interests of the tenants and that leadership is at times severely lacking. One bright spot in the front office is the leasing agents. Margaret and Shawna are always willing to listen and help tenants with any of their needs and should be commended for their quality work.

There will always be pros and cons to apartment living. I have lived in the complex for a little over a year now, and I have to agree that the office staff is wonderful! I would have to diagree with you because you do not recommend Via Tuscany. I have noticed changes while living here; however, in my opinion, changes happen for a reason. I understand your concern, but Via Tuscany does deserve some credit.

Credit given, the owner is very efficient at stealing from their tenants. Robbing them every month for services that are never delivered. I.E. Guarded Gated Community, what a joke.....
