I lived here in 2006. The guard at the gate was great, and we did not hear of any break-ins. We lived on the second floor and the woman on the third floor would always pound up and down the stars which were conveniently located next to my bedroom. We had a weekly visit from the maintenance man about our garbage disposal, I am not kidding. Ok- I am not gonna dump my soup or bits of cooked rice in the trash right' No- I am going to put it down the garbage disposal. I remember calling after it had been "fixed" and told them it was still broken, they actually were a bit annoyed with us. Sorry, but maybe it needs to be replaced! I did not get to know the office staff, but they had pizza parties some fridays for residents. I don't know how it is living there now, but they were the only ones in the area at the time that were spacious, new, and not dumpy.

I have a correction to make to this rating: there were brake-ins even WITH the guards present. A plethora of different people had items stolen from their cars with a guard on duty. When it was brought to the attention of the manager she simply said "it's not our problem". Items from CDs, navigation systems, and sun glasses were stolen from the property.
