Rundown, Noisy, Felt Unsafe.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
The place was not too pretty to look at. The people living there were loud and inconciderate. There wasn't a week that went by that the cops were not at someones door steps. Poor arrangement of people, they would just stick them in anywhere they could.(example, 3 roudy 18 year olds moving in above a quite elderly family.) The staff was unprofessional and the maintenence did poor jobs fixing problems. You would think that for the price of the apartment you would have better service. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
