Not Too Bad But when it rains hard get a boat!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
I lived there in 97-98. Apartments are older but they weren't in too bad of condition. Several times when it rained hard the parking lot flooded almost 4 or 5 inches of water in the parking lots. The staff sand baged but it was in the hallways too... Not much fun swimming to your car.
