I have lived here and I found it to be really unpleasant. It felt very UNSAFE. The place has a really high noise level and many tenants drink openly in the parking lot (with children around) during the weeknights (not just weekends!). The atmosphere is terrible for anyone with children. I would have avoided this place if I knew then what I know now.
