i lived in 2br/2bath on bottom floor. there were kids running around constantly making noise on ceiling. they kept power through hurrincanes, which isn't appartment's responsiblity, but still a plus.
staff was kind of flaky, you just have to be careful who you talked to.
internet and cable was terrible, but they were in process of changing that when i moved out. overall it wasn't bad.
