Maintenance-First off they come in your apt without notice (unacceptable right') The apt is still in the same condition as when the last hurricane hit Brevard. By that I mean the paint on the apts is terrible. The maintenance is actually your least concern as I am aware of, as I always depend on myself to fix anything so that I do not have to make contact with the ASS HOLES in the office. The internet! If you need internet forget about it! The service sucks! I have lived here for a year and my internet has worked for 4 mths out of the 12 mths I lived here! Keep in mind you are only allowed one cable box per home and the cable service in the room NEVER works! And occasionally you may have to go outside to physically hit your cable dish to get better picture on your TV. There have been 4 car burglaries and two police chase that I am aware of since living here.
This is not a place that I would not recommend as the management is not helpful or considerate at all! My apt was almost burglarized by two men with a gun! I filed a police report and went to inform the management office who pretty much told me to deal with it. If you care about your safety DONT MOVE TO WINDOVER!
