The maintenance is WONDERFUL! Very respectful and never enters without permission. Very clean and tidy - can't even tell he was there! These apartments used to be very shabby after the hurricane season of 2004 (Charlie, Frances, Jeanne) but they have all new roofs on the apartments now. The office staff is a little b****y but you can deal with it. The price is good, the apartments are a good size, and we have never had a problem with cops, noisy neighbors, or anything else. I recommend Windover - for the price it is a good find!
