Maintenance entered my apartment while I was in the shower, when I contacted the office about it they said you should have been expecting them. Children run around the property unsupervised, screaming and causing damage to whatever they find. Our car is broken into weekly by our neighbor and the cops here won t do anything unless they (the police) catch them in the act and the office won t do anything because it s not their problem. Our neighbors let their dog poop where our son plays, and never picks it up. They recently had the buildings painted but they only did the fronts of the building and the trim so we still have rusty nails visible. Our door frame is being eaten by termites, and roaches are coming through the walls from our dirty neighbor. I've never been around so many rude, dirty and uncaring people in my life. I guess you get what you pay for. I assumed that since they did a background check it wouldn't be so bad but the rent is low and so are they residents morals.
