I moved to Merritt Island about 6 years ago when i was in middle school. I absolutely loved the apartment that we lived in. I'm now a Senior graduating in a week and I must say that having an elementary school middle school and high school so close was a good thing when i was running late all those mornings. A couple times our AC broke, but they fixed it quick! I loved these apartments.
