Safe, beautiful environment, entryways could be cleaner

Quiet, safe, beautifully landscaped, call to maintenance has good response, very helpful, disabled parking spot on request, living areas in apartments are large with nice wall to wall carpeting. Located in heart of Merritt Island - close to everything!
