My Fiance' were told two weeks prior that we would get a good deal on the room if we signed the lease within 24 hours. Don't do it! It is a trap! We went through DAYS of legal paperwork and retrieving documents from the Clerk of Court just to live there, and the Owner won't even talk to you! We told them to forget it, and now I find other's weren't pleased as well.

Also, it was the owner that left the "positive" comment, if you couldn't tell...
