After living in the apt complex for almost 4 years, there was an accidental fire and i got the bill that is too large for the 1 bedroom apt. I think that they are trying to improve the whole complex off me. They have a tendancy to change the rules as you go. The new owner has no face to face time with the residents. My apartment had a 30 year old oven in it!!!! When i first moved in, the side gate was open all the time, then, 2 years ago, it was closed, except for an emergancy, like a fire or a suicide that happened there. The sister apt complex down the road gets cable for an extra $10/month. Well off to the lawyers.
