I lived there for 2 years and yes it is an older establishment,(1963') but along with all the other places in this area you get alot of weather damage with salty air. Every time I needed something, front desk or maintence came right up and fixed whatever I needed. The have a great management team now and I see things getting only better. I have recommended several others to come live there b/c I see nothing wrong with this complex. They have been there over a year now as well.
