My wife and I now live at CCA. They keep springing new rules on us that are not in our lease, like where we can walk our dog. When they were giving us a tour, it was anywehre there was grass. Now it's only behind this one building which is a quite a long walk for us. We wouldn't have moved here had we knew that rule was going to be put on us.

Maintenance is shoddy and does "quick fixes" rather than permanent fixes.

The pool is closed randomly and usually on days that people want to use it the most, like when school's out or it's very very hot.

Electric bill last month was $156, and they told us the average bill was $90, even with running the AC all day.

We were in a pinch and had to find a place to live fast. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't be here.
