When me and my bf first moved here it didn't seem so bad.Cheap rent, nice view,quiet..But a few months later we had a horrible ant problem,AC didn't work,water pressure is awful,walls cracked in bathroom,and now we have roaches! When I called about the AC not working they took forever to send someone and I had to keep calling back to get them to come,I think they came because I annoyed them.When they did finally fix it,they used tar to get a new pipe to stay into place and the tar leaked out all over the floor and is very had to get up.They should have cleaned up the mess they made.The apartments look 40 or 50 years old and you can tell they were never remolded repainted even.They don't give out keys to the laundry room and they only have it open when they feel like unlocking it.We are definitely moving when our lease is up.

I live here and haven't any issues you had. My faucet in my shower broke and they came by and fixed it right away. I also needed a new thermonstat and they didn;t have any in so I bought a fancy digital one and the manager lady took it off my rent. I don't have any problems with roaches my best friend lives here and she doesn;t either.so you must be a dirty person. The laundry rooms close at night just like any other landromat which sucks but I make time to get it done. The only problem is that it is older building and it needs to be repainted but the apartments are really nice and have plenty of space on inside. The rent is cheap and its quiet and the workers are friendly. I mean everyone is entitled to their opinion but I personally haven't had an experience like yours and would reccommend it especially during this economy. I got laid off from my job and the girl in the office helped me make a budget and put me on a payment plan for my late rent to keep from being evicted.

The person who wrote the comment clearly works for this company. We had roaches too and we are not dirty people. Never had them before, haven't had them since.

We are not dirty people at all,that isn't why there are roaches in the building.I agree that you must work for the company or you got lucky and are in a buidling that doesn't have roaches.Lots of people have roaches in their houses in Florida I have learned and once they are there a while,they are very hard to get rid of.This place only sprays the outside of the building which doesn't do much when the roaches are already inside and having babies all the time.Yes,the rent is cheap and you get what you pay for,so always be careful.I am frustrated with everything about this place beides it being cheap.Our AC leaks and the ceiling by it leaks everytime it rains.Also when it pours the parking lot floods and you have to walk through 6-8 inches of water to get to your car.Not for for a pregnant lady,let me tell you! lol.It IS quiet yes yes,but I don't think it is a very good area.
